Painted with the ashes and remnants of fire traces, this artwork offers layers which began from a blank canvas of white paint. The organic layers of several mediums create this mold like effect on wood.
"Decomposing" calls to acknowledge our unique nature of self reflections through the lense of love and gratitude. As the viewer stares at these natural forms, one only finds the artwork staring back into the viewer, causing self reflection.
